Smoky Chilli Oil

For those of you that know White Mausu sauces. This one’s a little different. It's got a lot less bits but no less flavour. The oil has been deeply infused in a two part process and they’ve used a type of Chipotle called Morita Chilli to bring that fruity smoky funk. 

It’s a chilli oil and its applications are endless — all the usuals, bowls of rice, vegetables, beans, on the eggs, drizzled over steak.

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Chilli Flakes (12%) [Red Chilli Flake, Korean Chilli Flake, Chipotle Morita Flake], Agave Syrup, Fried Garlic [Garlic, Sunflower Oil], Sea Salt, Tamari Soy Sauce, Star Anise, Cinnamon
