Organic Little Sussex Soft Cheese

Little Sussex is a soft sheep milk cheese with a white rind, similar to a lactic brie. It has a mild, delicate flavour when young which becomes stronger and more flavoursome with age as the cheese matures in its packaging. Little Sussex is unassuming, but is full of flavour, texture and character. It pairs especially well with English sparkling wines and onion chutney.
