A completely zero-waste product, taking the excess liquid from Symplicity’s mushroom and vegetable ferments, then combining it with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice and a dash of maple syrup. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pâté-style dip.
