Ancient Grain Fettuccine

A flat ribbon style pasta, made using modern, ancient and heritage wheats. All our flour is organically grown in the UK and stone milled by us, we only add filtered water. Using bronze dies, hand cut and shaped, we dry it slowly. Fettuccine is brilliant with mushroom sauces and will accompany rich sauces well with its own depth of flavour. The Pasta needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm - treat it gently, just like your gut wants to be.
