Made with 100% pure organic Khorasan wheat, grown on a family farm in Tuscany, this unique pasta is highly nutritious and full of the sweet, nutty flavour of the grain.

Khorasan, an 8,000 year old ancestor of modern wheat, is easily digestible, full of minerals and high in protein, the simple structure of the grain's gluten makes it suitable for those with digestive sensitivity.

This pasta has been made by Italian artisans using traditional bronze dies then dried slowly at low temperatures.
