Cesar Buesaquillo is from a traditional farming background and runs a beautiful farm in Quindio, Colombia, full of diversity and shade growing. Unlike the family farm he grew up on, Cesar's farm Esmeralda has focused more on progresive processing methods. We think he nailed this one, full of ripe fruit notes, but not too over the top and funky.
